Pinsure Limited is a recognised professional indemnity insurance specialist, is now delighted to announce that a highly competitive Professional Indemnity Insurance scheme is now available. Quotations under this scheme are offered at very competitive premium levels and can be obtained by completing two simple forms. The IAEA member’s scheme has been placed with a leading insurer, HCC International Insurance Company plc. to ensure that all members, regardless of size, are able to secure high quality cover at an affordable cost.
Pinsure have, for your convenience and to achieve the competitive pricing offered, arranged three levels of coverage which are self rateable within blocks of fee income levels as detailed within the attached insurance request form. The quoted rates are subject to insurers’ review and acceptance of the proposal form, so may in extremely rare occasions need to be adjusted. Please note that the fee figure to be used for rating purposes MUST be taken from your most recently completed financial year’s accounts. You must not use an estimated figure unless your practice has not traded for a full year in which case all questions must be answered as projections. As soon as your proposal form and insurance request form have been approved by insurers, coverage will be effected immediately on receipt of the due premium or at the renewal date of your expiring policy if previously insured.
The premium can be paid by cheque, debit/credit card or through insurer’s own interest-free Rolling Monthly Policy premium credit facility. Full details of these payment methods are provided on page 2 of the insurance request form attached.
To effect cover please:
- Complete, sign and date the attached proposal form.
- Complete, sign and date the Insurance Request Form to confirm the coverage options you require by ticking the relevant boxes and confirm the total premium at the bottom where prompted.
- Forward your remittance (we cannot effect cover without payment/installment facility Instructions)
- Should you wish to renew an existing Policy through the scheme please confirm the due renewal date and send us a copy of the previous policies schedule page as evidence of its retroactive date.
Both the proposal form and Insurance Request Form must be signed and dated
Should you require quotations for a limit of indemnity in excess of £ 1,000,000 please complete the proposal form
and return it to us with a covering letter requesting the coverage level that you require. A quotation will be
provided for you within 3 working days.
